PRESTIGIOUS VILLA IN CASTELLETTO ABOVE TICINO

It is an important villa built in the late sixties by Mrs. Ferrero of Alba (CN), passionate about art and antiques, which was used as a holiday home on Lake Maggiore. The villa is located on the hill of the municipality of Castelletto sopra Ticino, a few steps from the river and located within the natural park of the Ticino valley. In 2009 it underwent an important restructuring and energy requalification of the plant, which equipped the villa with the most modern technological systems, placing it in energy class B.

An external thermal coat has been created, the insulation of the roof and the cellar, making the heated rooms thermally efficient. Double glazing and seals have been added to each window, leaving the originals.
